1. Order
   • It's easy to make an order.
   • Browse our website, feel free to choose the product that you interested.
   • Email us with your Purchase Order Form - Please contact us for the Wholesale Price List form.
   • All order must be written.
2. Payment Method
   • We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account, Western Union, Money Gram and PayPal.
   • We require 50% Deposit payment, from the total order amount at the time of order is placed,
   • And the 50% balance payment when all the merchandise are ready to ship.
   • Full payment required for all purchase order with total amount less than USD$ 1,000.
   • Please email or fax us your bank transfer's receipt in order that we can monitor the status of your transfer.
   • We will start to process your order once we have received your payment at our bank account.
3. Minimum Order
   • Dream Catcher : 30-pcs per designs, Warbonnet : 5-pcs per design
4. Costum Design : If you have any custom designs, just send us the draw or picture.
5. Production Time
   • Normally our standard production takes about 4 up to 8 weeks.
   • Production time depends on the quantity and the complexity of your order.
   • We will keep on informing you with the progress of your order by email.
6. Refund - Cancellation
   • When the first deposit is made, no refund or cancellation is possible.
   • We will inform to the customer regarding the balance payment when all merchandise are ready to ship.
   • If there is no balance payment made after 30 days starting from our notification, all order are will be automatically cancelled without any refunds possible.
7. Delivery - Shipping
   • Airfreight (airport to airport) will take about 3 up to 7 working days.
   • We normally using Express Courier (door to door) service as DHL and Postal Office/EMS.
   • Sea Freight (port to port) will take about 4 - 8 weeks depending on destinations.
8. Damaged merchandise
   • Firstly, we will help you with the insurance coverage.
   • If the damaged caused by us, we will refund the amount of damaged as a new credit for your next order.
   • We will always do our best to all of our valued customer.
